Flametree Arts Festival and Tagaman Triathlon Awards

On Saturday afternoon, we visited the 28th Annual Saipan Flametree Arts Festival featuring local artists and vendors. It was a nice event with live entertainment, food and arts & crafts.

We ran into Jun & Lin, Gary & Lynette at their booth and purchased cards and
bamboo candle holders.

Dad bought a Flametree print by local artist, Greg Elliott.
Afterwards, we meandered to the Tagaman Awards Banquet at PIC where we were greeted by a very cheerful Hiroko san, dressed up to welcome all guests.
The oldest competitor, age 73 and the youngest, age 4.
This gentlemen has raced in 10 ironmans!
