Going Greek

On Sunday, Tina, Lynn and I went over to Carol's to help prepare for next week's Gourmet Dinner. The theme is Greek so by the time I got there, they had already made the spanakopitas and I learned how to make dolmas. For lunch, Carol made lamby gyros for us with hummus, pita chips and tzatziki sauce.
The lamb was absolutely delicious! Strong work, Carol & Lynn!
So juicy and flavorful! Can't wait to have it again on Saturday night!
